Omega Speakers Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omega Speakers purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date the speakers are delivered.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Product must be wrapped to protect finish.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order products
• B-Stock products
• Sale or clearance items
• Speakers with custom finishes or custom modifications
• High Output (HO) models

Condition of Returned Speakers

Speakers must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging may result in additional charges or a reduction in the refund amount.

Return Authorization

Please contact Omega Speakers before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once the returned speakers have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, less the applicable 15% restocking fee and any other applicable charges.
